We
present:
The Drumming Guys
West African drum ensemble comprising Djembes, Doun Douns, bells and
percussion. Incuding male and female Zulu dancers.
We can offer welcome drummers, background relaxed grooves, or high
energy stage performances - The Showstopper Performance.
All performers have years of international experience, featuring in
Theatre productions, Stage Performances, and Interactive drumming
events in numerous countries, as well as SA.
Abafazi
South African all-female Marimba band & drumming ensemble.
Playing traditional and modern marimba favourites, as well as performing
as a traditional drumming ensemble. They have international experience,
as well as working in theatre and other productions.
Cuban Drumming
Cuban rhythms featuring Congas, Bongos, Timbales, bells and other
latin percussion.
Marimba band
5-piece traditional SA marimba ensemble. Playing african tunes. The
band can be expanded to include drumkit, guitar, sax and dancers.
Gumboot Dancers
A high energy Gumboot dance performance showcasing this uniquely South
African dance form. This can be combined with a drumming performance.

Middle Eastern drumming & bellydance
A traditional Middle Eastern drumming ensemble comprising Darbuka
and bass drums. Can include bellydancers.
Bellydancers performing to their own soundtrack, can be accompanied
by live percussion.
DJ & Live Percussion
DJ including PA, sound equipment, and lighting options (basic to high
end), including one or more percussionists for that live sound, this
can also include a sax player or other musicians, depending on the
client's brief.
Hassan Adas
Afro-Latin Jazz band. The rhythms of Mocambique, Brazil and
Cuba infused with upbeat African Jazz.
Required: PA, sound equipment and Sound Engineer, the band can be
a 4-8 piece or more depending on your requirements.
African Jazz band
This includes for sound equipment and engineer, the band can be a
4-8 piece or more depending on your requirements.
